Since spring 2024, Simon Wagner, as Executive Chef, has been shaping the culinary direction of the gourmet restaurant The Glass Garden<\/i>, which has been awarded a Michelin star and four Gault&Millau toques. With his clear, precise signature and high aesthetic standards, he combines first-class product quality with creative refinement. <\/p>

His culinary journey led the native of Carinthia from the Wachau \u2013 where he worked for five years at the legendary Landhaus Bacher<\/i> \u2013 to Switzerland, including the two-star restaurant IGNIV by Andreas Caminada<\/i> in Bad Ragaz alongside Silvio Germann (Chef of the Year 2023), as well as the three-Michelin-starred Schloss Schauenstein<\/i>.
