Your tasks

Providing professional service in adherence to quality standards
Setting tables and performing mise en place
Professional beverage and food service according to internal standards
Supporting the Demi Chef de Rang and Chef de Rang in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard-compliant presentation
Attending to international hotel guests and day guests
Professional acceptance, handling, and forwarding of guest feedback

Your profile

Successfully completed training in gastronomy/hotel business or graduate of a tourism school
Initial experience in upscale gastronomy and hotel business; experience in award-winning gastronomy is an advantage
Fluent German and very good English skills
Open-minded, inquisitive, and passionate host
Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
Excellent manners
Desire for personal and professional development
Ambition to be part of a successful team
