Your tasks

Independent management and organization of the patisserie section.
Development of creative dessert ideas in coordination with the Head Chef
Preparation and presentation of high-quality à la carte desserts
Responsibility for all dessert offerings in the hotel
Proper storage, ordering, and control of food items
Shared responsibility for adherence to HACCP guidelines
Collaboration with the other station chefs
Assistance with events and special requests

Your profile

Completed training as a confectioner/pastry chef
Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry
Excellent professional knowledge and a strong sense of quality
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry
Good German and English language skills
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Structured, independent, and reliable work ethic
Desire for personal and professional development
