Your tasks

  • Independent management and organization of the patisserie section.
  • Development of creative dessert ideas in coordination with the Head Chef
  • Preparation and presentation of high-quality à la carte desserts
  • Responsibility for all dessert offerings in the hotel
  • Proper storage, ordering, and control of food items
  • Shared responsibility for adherence to HACCP guidelines
  • Collaboration with the other station chefs
  • Assistance with events and special requests

Your profile

  • Completed training as a confectioner/pastry chef
  • Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry
  • Excellent professional knowledge and a strong sense of quality
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Structured, independent, and reliable work ethic
  • Desire for personal and professional development
