Your responsibilities

Independent and responsible execution of massages and body treatments such as body scrubs and body wraps according to the quality and service standards of our house
Individual, professional consultation and personal care of our discerning international guests
Individual adaptation of treatments to the needs and wishes of our guests
Ensuring a consistently professional and warm guest experience at 5-star level
Professional preparation and follow-up as well as appealing presentation of treatment rooms
Shared responsibility for order, cleanliness, and a well-maintained appearance of all spa and wellness areas
Care and meticulous set-up of the pool area including covering and uncovering loungers as well as regular checking and changing of towels
Compliance with and ensuring adherence to applicable hygiene, quality, and HACCP guidelines
Support with goods control and execution of monthly inventory

Your profile

Completed, comprehensive training in massage and wellness
Several years of professional experience, ideally in upscale hotel, spa, or wellness environments
Comprehensive specialist and product knowledge as well as confident and professional handling of various massage and body treatments
Attentive eye for detail and independent recognition of guest needs throughout the spa and pool area
Responsible and collegial work ethic as well as close collaboration with the entire spa and hotel team
