Your tasks

Providing professional service in adherence to quality standards
Expert consultation and support for our international and national guests
À la carte service in the Michelin-starred restaurant “The Glass Garden”
Support for the Chef de Rang in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard presentation
Taking orders and performing food, wine, and beverage service
Setting tables and performing mise en place
Professional acceptance, handling, and forwarding of guest feedback
Coordinating the pass between service and kitchen staff

Your profile

Successfully completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry or a tourism school
Professional experience in upscale gastronomy or hotels; experience in award-winning gastronomy is an advantage
Solid expertise; wine knowledge is an advantage
Fluent German and English language skills; any additional language is an asset
Professional and authentic demeanor with excellent manners and a high level of service
Open-minded, inquisitive, and passionate host
Desire for personal and professional development
