Your tasks

A la carte service for lunch and dinner in our four-toque award-winning restaurant ‘THE GLASS GARDEN’
Responsibility for ensuring smooth service operations
Providing professional and expert service to our national and international guests
Taking orders and performing food, wine, and beverage service
Tableside service (filleting, flambéing)
Mise en place duties – preparing the workstation
Room service for international clientele
Bar service
Working closely with the service and kitchen teams
Professional acceptance, handling, and forwarding of guest feedback
Sharing knowledge with the team and apprentices

Your profile

Successfully completed training in gastronomy/hotel business or graduate of a tourism school
Initial experience in upscale gastronomy and hotel business; experience in award-winning gastronomy is an advantage
Fluent German and very good English skills
Open-minded, inquisitive, and passionate host
Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
Excellent manners
Desire for personal and professional development
Ambition to be part of a successful team
